This extension was designed by the Tor Project, and it creates a WebRTC proxy in your web browser to serve as a bridge for users where Tor is heavily blocked. The best part is to install the extension, most of the time you don't even need admin privileges and you can configure it to run even when the browser is closed with the click of a button.
