Your personality is a the result of complex interaction between the poor consciousness and the unconscious. The consciousness is by nature contained within itself so it is incapable of morphing on its own. The reason the consciousness changes its state is because it receives bio feedback from the unconscious. The interaction is continuous and the consciousness constantly at least fluctuates under the influence of what it cannot control, of what is external to it. As such it is not possible to argue that you remain any specific person at any specific time, so I would rather say you are a different person every time your consciousness updates its internal state. How often does it make it? I don't know, but it's certainly more often than just during your meals
